At Newell Village, pet-friendly townhome living feels practical from the first morning walk. Cats and dogs are welcome, with multi-level three-bedroom layouts that give everyone space to spread out, plus in-unit laundry for muddy towels, well-sized closets for gear, and lawn care handled outside.

How many pets can I have?

Up to two pets per home. Dogs and cats are both welcome.

Is there a weight limit?

100 pounds per pet.

Are there breed restrictions?

Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds of these. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet; no more than two pets without written approval. Dangerous or poisonous animals and exotic pets are not permitted.
